KOJIE AI is an enterprise-grade AI-powered software engineering platform that provides:
AI Development Tools
- Multi-provider AI assistance (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Perplexity, xAI)
- Code generation and analysis
- Project structure generation
Project Management
- Collaborative project workspace
- File management and version control
- Real-time team collaboration
3. User Authentication & OAuth
3.1 Account Requirements
- Valid Replit account required for platform access
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per individual user
3.2 OAuth Permissions
By authenticating via Replit OAuth, you grant KOJIE AI access to:
- Basic profile information (name, email, profile image)
- Persistent login sessions
- User identification for platform personalization
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
- Software development and engineering
- AI-assisted code generation
- Team collaboration on projects
- Educational and learning purposes
- Commercial software development
Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering or unauthorized access
- Generating malicious or harmful code
- Violating third-party intellectual property
- Attempting to circumvent security measures
- Sharing access credentials

CPWE AI owns all rights, title, and interest in the KOJIE AI Platform, including but not limited to:
- Platform source code and architecture
- User interface and design elements
- Proprietary algorithms and methodologies
- Trademarks and branding
6.2 User Content
Your Code and Projects
You retain all rights to code and projects you create using the Platform. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.
6.3 AI-Generated Content
Content generated by AI providers through the Platform:
- Is subject to the respective AI provider's terms
- May not be unique to you or copyrightable
- Should be reviewed for accuracy and compliance
- May require attribution as specified by the AI provider
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CPWE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
- AI-GENERATED CONTENT ACCURACY OR SUITABILITY
- THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDER SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CPWE AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Infringement of third-party rights
- Content you submit or generate
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may stop using the Platform at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at james@cpwe.biz.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Compromise platform security
- Fail to comply with applicable laws
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
